Landlord Properties, Tenants & Coronavirus (Covid 19)

Updated: Apr 13

Lothian PAT Testing Scotland, your local Landlord PAT Testing and Legionella Risk Assessment provider, serving Edinburgh and the Lothians, would like to provide some information regarding staying safe whilst we are in lockdown.

We at Lothian PAT Testing Scotland understand these are difficult times for everyone. However the number one thing is we all stay safe and continue to thrive in the future.

If you have a property which requires our landlord services then it may still be possible for these essential services to be carried out. The property may be vacant with no tenant therefore the risk is massively reduced. Alternatively, tenants remaining in a different room whilst these tests are carried out is always an option going forward.

Our engineer will apply hand sanitiser prior to entering the landlord property and once again when they exit. In addition to this social distancing measures are in place if the property is occupied. We will always work in line with the current government guidelines.

We are also available on the phone to discuss your future PAT Testing or Legionella Risk Assessment requirements if you feel right now is not the correct time for these to be carried out. Please feel free to give us a call or drop us an email.
